Two mistakes?

Upon being deferred, I read my application essays again and noticed two typos :(.
Plus, after reading one of my essays again, it makes me sound like an arrogant jerk; not helpful for someone who chose not to interview!

How can I correct the typos for regular decision? Just email the admissions people?

Thanks

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I’ve read that the summary created for each applicant is kept for RD. I don’t think you can correct them, but you can add supplementary essays that might help to offset the first few.

is it too late for you to interview for RD? That might help…
and I had a typo too…which makes me look careless…:(…and you know, now that I think back, I wish I had written my essays on other topics too…oh well, I can’t change it…

^ In a similar vein, I don’t like my short answers that I submitted to Yale SCEA (didn’t qualify to apply to MIT EA, unfortunately), and they came off as too stuffy. I don’t think I can change that, though. T__T

I found this yesterday, about typos, on MIT’s website. I posted it on another thread, but just as a quote, without the URL.

So probably don’t worry.

See if you can schedule an interview. Ask very nicely.
