Well, I was wondering what was the minimum GPA one has to maintain during the second semester of senior year. I've been hearing a lot of things and I have no idea what the requirements are. Is it that one can't have no D's or F's? Or do you also have to maintain over a 3.0? Or is it a combination of both?

Also, I haven't registered for the Math Placement Exam but I have no idea if I am exempt from it. I passed the Calculus AB/AP test with a 3, but I kinda didn't pass the class; I got a D both semesters. Would I still be considered exempt?

Thank you in advance as always =]

3.0 weighted and no D’s and F’s. If you have D’s and F’s you need to report to the school.
i think you would still be exempt from the test though

They only take A-G .Any ds or fs in excess A-G dont hurt you, according to my admission counselor

so you get automatically rescinded when you get a less than a 3.0?
I have no D’s or F’s but my GPA is under 3.0 right now…

they might let it slide idk call emi ll have to do the same looks like I am going to get a D in Chem AP

As I said before, grade issues are case by case.

It depends on certain individuals:

of a combination of:

-GPA the individuals had previously, (i.e. a 3.8 student who did bad senior year vs. a 3.0 student)
-Whether the course they failed senior year is an A-G requirement (i.e. failing AP calculus…most likely wont be as damaging as failing Algebra 2)
