Two questions regarding transcripts

I am an international student applying to James Madison, George Mason, Virginia Commonwealth University, Radford, Uni. of North Carolina at Charlotte, Winthrop and Uni. of Maryland, and I have a couple of questions regarding sending transcripts and secondary school reports,
1. All the secondary school reports I found on the colleges websites are all for domestic students, or at least they seem like it, so do I use them or does anybody know where can I find secondary school reports for international students or something?
2. I sent my transcripts to my school (because I am taking a gap year and they gave me my transcripts when I graduated) so the school can mail them to the colleges listed above, and my guidance consular said that there are payments needed to send the applications, does anybody have any idea on what those payments are and how can I find them?

I think you’re confused. The secondary school report and transcripts are documents produced by the school, not by you. They have your school records on file, so they can produce the transcript for you on proper school letterhead–you don’t need to send anything to them. The report also has to be on the school’s letterhead and signed by an appropriate administrator or counselor. If your school has no idea what goes into a report, I suppose you could provide samples, but you don’t write the report.

The only payment required for your application is the application fee, which you pay yourself. If your school is charging you to produce transcripts and reports or wants to be reimbursed for mailing costs, that’s another matter, one that you will have to work out with them.

Note that CC’s International forum is probably a better place for questions like these.
