<p>I was waitlisted at a bunch of schools and I'm sending out a letter to show my interest in the schools (one school in particular). Who should I address this letter to? The Admissions Committee? The Dean of Admissions?</p>

<p>Also, I had a teacher offer to write me an additional letter of recommendation (a few of the schools I was waitlisted at suggested that I send one of these). Should I print out the common app rec form again? Is that still necessary to send to schools, or is it less formal now?</p>

<p>Address your letter to the dean of admissions. It won't be necessary to reprint your application, but make sure the letter of recommendation clearly identifies who you are (social security number, correct name).</p>
