<p>So I'm a very poor test taker, but everything else is great</p>
<p>I'm planning on submitting my 28 ACT Score (28,32,24,27). However, does anyone know if I can take the February ACT on time? </p>
<p>Also, by not submitting my SAT II's, will it have a detrimental impact?</p>
