<p>Under the 'Parent/Guardian Information' section, do I just leave the zip code and state blank if both of my parents were not born in the US?</p>

<p>And, also, what does the 'Legal Guardian' part mean, exactly? Do I only fill this part out if my parents are not also my legal guardians?</p>

No, you do not need to fill out that portion if your parents are your legal guardians.</p>
