Two-week extension for paying tuition bill?

This is driving me crazy. I know there was a place on the eBill page where you could click to request a two-week extension of the due date, but now I can't seem to find it anywhere. I have the bill open on the screen, and have looked everywhere and can't locate it.

Can anyone tell me where to find it?

I called admissions yesterday since I had computer problems. A woman there granted me 2 weeks... til the 22nd. She even offered !

I don't recall ever seeing a button to click to request a two-week extension, but maybe there is? I don't know.

I also have my question related to paying the tuition bill: How long does it usually take for the Bursar Account on eLion to update when you pay by check? I sent a check in one week ago, and it still didn't update. I'm starting to get the feeling that the check got lost in the mail...and tomorrow is the deadline for me.

lil_killer129, Do you have online access to your checking account? You might see if it's cleared your bank.

I would suggest, in the future, paying by echeck. There is no charge and it is posted almost immediately.

lilkiller, last year it took more than a week to post our checks for Fall semester. I also sent a check more than a week ago. I suspect it will clear today, which is the due date.

We use TAP 529 so I needed to access the tuition bill on line and had problems since my D is studying abroad and there are extra fees which may/not be covered by TAP. I had to write a note to the bursar on the statements which meant I couldn't view my bill after that. So calling on the phone was the best choice for me. Sorry I can't help you further.

Oh. It cleared this morning; I checked.
