Is it look down upon if I take all the pre med requirements in the first two years of college, then focus on my major and mcat/extracurricular the last two years without taking anymore pre-req classes? (non-science major)

I don’t think there is anything wrong with finishing your requirements in two years. I am just a little surprised that you can. With ECs, commitment over a long period is important. You certainly don’t want to give the ADCOMs an impression that you are simply fulfilling med school requirement without having conviction in your EC’s.

I am studying abroad Junior year (plan to), and people recommended against taking science classes abroad too, but I am worried about my extracurricular when I study abroad since the program is not science/lab oriented

A lot of kids who study abroad take a gap year. Also, you can mold your study abroad to fall in line with one or more of your extra curricular activities.

I don’t see how doing all the pre-med classes in the first 2 years would be looked down upon. On the flip side, many of these classes are difficult but certainly no one will be impressed that you did them all at the same time in the first two years.
