TX Gov Exam hard?

So, If i get a 3 or higher on the AP US Gov exam, I am eligible for the Texas Gov exam.
Because they combine the AP exam score and the TX exam score...

How hard is the TX Gov exam?
Do most people who get 3's get the credit?
Also, how do people study for the TX gov exam??

Also, where do I take it anyways? and when?

Yes, it’s hard as hell. You will not be confident about getting even one question right.

I’m not even joking here, but they probably will still give you credit. I don’t know anybody who didn’t get credit.

Well…dang. What kinds of questions are there?

So, i should be fine with a 3?

When/where do you take it? I’m going to be a CAP student, but I still need the credit.

The questions are difficult, but it’s tragically easy to pass. I answered C on the last half or so and still got credit. Don’t bother studying.

Anecdotally (based on past posts here), there is one standard for passing the Texas gov test for those with a 5 on the regular AP gov test, a slightly tougher standard for those with a 4, and a slightly tougher yet one with a 3. You can search past posts; I don’t know if we have ever had a report on here of someone not passing the Texas gov test.

Does anyone know if you have to receive your AP Gov score first to take the Texas Gov test or can you take it before you receive your score?
