Txtbook buyback

anyone remember how we search for the price of a book they buy thats not on our schedule?

http://store.cornell.edu/forms/security/verificationsrolecheck.aspx

that is normally where it is.
I dunno if it works for you or not, but it just now didn’t work for me.

didn’t work for me either

they said theyd pay 50% of the price, but it sounds like a ripoff

some books do get 50% back…but that’s just a marketing gimmick for the most part…

anbuitachi…i got an email today with quotes…

ugh they buy like nothing! haha

I recall in previous years they released buyback lists earlier. They’re buying back far less than I’d expected this year, not that I was planning on selling any of my books anyway.

Cornell is actually better than a lot of schools. I took a summer class at another school where I bought a book for $30 and they offered to buy it back for $3. Awful, but it paid for my train ticket…

i dont know…more of my books are on the list…

could just depend on what edition the book is

Or put your book up on Craigslist, and sell it to people for less than the Cornell Store will next semester.

Is the cornell store buying used study guides?
In my personalized email, it said it would pay for my bio study guide, but I wrote all over it though…

dont think they buy study guides with writing all over
