U C L A the tension room

Many of us keep visiting this site and have our heart rates balloon up as we hope to see a valid "Decisions are UP!" thread. I know I've been experiencing this ever since UCSD came out. And at times like this, we cant vent about the UCSD decisions or when dates will come out or what not but we have to stand together. We have to vent towards one another, give each other advice, and give each other hope instead of filtering in those feelings in other threads.

In a few days or hours or hell even minutes we will know if we can be bruins or not. And until then, lets use this thread to support one another.

Haha that is EXACTLY how my weekend has gone.

Good luck everyone!

Stop posting crap like this... -________-

im trying to stop ppl from making other threads asking q's that will just **** off current UCLAers like what link will lead to the decision and things like that. And ppl do vent in threads that are totally not related to waht the OP neds.

um but is there really a need for another board-clogging thread? why not commiserate in one of the 56 other threads about the exact same thing?

im being serious.

really?

I'm probably not going to get in. I say this because realistically, my stats make it a reach for me. If I do get in I'd be completely surprised. I'm happy my chances of getting in are so low that I can adopt this view. I'd hate to know that my chances are good only to be shot down once decisions really come out :)

we prospective students need a so called "bar" as well where we can focus questions we have to ask one another. prospective studnets will continue to open new threads if there isnt a central room they can focus on.

The "prospective student" bar room will allow us to ask each other instead of asking u guys and ****ing u guys off and then complaining amongst one another. We need that too.

oh well cbf there are always applicants who are well under averages who do get in. a friend of mine got the engineering letter and he has a 3.5 weighted and a 1800. So dont give up hope yet till you get ur officail decision

I AM SOOOOO SCARED!!! ahhhhhhhhh

rofl we all are...knowing that once we get access if we dont see a congratulations right away means we're doomed X_X

well, I still have hope for USC too.. but still.. I would cry, either way.

Didn't USC come out already? And, uh, that's going to be a pretty big debt to carry around...

USC is coming out in bunches, so starting tomorrow look into ur mail box. Well depends how much aid stressed can get or if he/she can pay for it. gl with taht though!

im really nervous about UCLA/ca/U Mich/Tufts X_X

UCLA is #1 as of now

wow flong?!? how did he get in? were his ECs spectacular or something?

none of us know. thats why we joke around and say he sold his soul to the devil

i would probably do the same :( pretty sad.

hahahah! yeah..man the wait is killer! the only time ive felt this kinda anxiety was waiting till 2 am for my SAT score (3rd time). But it paid off then. Not so sure about this one.

^

Didn't pay off for me.. I went down 100 points.. i was ****ed!

awww...

i dunno. 2 more days!
