<p>hey guys i've been interested in U-M for a while
and i just wanted to kno a bit more about the honors program
what exactly is it and what separates it from the rest of the.. community (no condescension by any means)
also. just the honors program alone. how does it stack up against the top 20 colleges in USA?</p>
<p>oh man, another one. You can read tons of threads just like this one if you look for a little while. As far as stacking up against top 20 schools (of which Michigan is one, haha), the honors college is right up there. SAT/ACT ranges are on par with the Ivies (1400-1550 mid range i believe). It offers central housing, great community, and smaller, more concentrated classes mostly.</p>
