U of Alabama good engineering school?

Respected in industry? Good internships? Overall good program?

Yes.

Yes, very much so.

Alabama is one of the 5 first engineering schools in the country. Their disciplines have a long history of being ABET accredited.

The facilities are amazing and state of the art.

One of my kids graduated from Bama with a degree in Chemical engineering.

UA has the largest Engineering program in the state. UA College of Engineering freshman classes have had the highest ACT average of any program in the state for several years now.

Its graduate programs are growing too.
