I live in Arizona and financially I probably won’t be able to afford most out of state schools like NYU and Umich (those were the ones I was mainly looking at). So I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get info on U of A’s Honors College online? I just wanted to see what my chances were for the honors college and scholarships.

I live in AZ too! I just applied...and they let me in...it's like, pathetically easy to get into UofA's Honors College. And they gave me a full ride, plus a few thousand dollars. Just apply online. You missed the deadline for the scholarships though, it was Oct. 01.

Please take a look at the Barrett Honors College at ASU; it is a rigorous program full of merit scholars, hispanic scholars, etc. The college is self-contained; I think the dean used to be at Swarthmore.

Oh, Im a junior. I was going to apply next year. Do you mind telling me ur stats?

bumppppppppppp.............

anyone?? bumpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

All I know is that if you apply normally to U of A, that is also your application to the honors college.

What was the name of your full-ride? Was it called Presidential Award for Excellence or something like that?
