U. of Florida GPA's?

<p>How does U. of Florida recalculate a student's GPA? Does it drop all weighting? What about pluses and minuses? Is a B in an AP class counted the same as a B in a regular class (3.0)? I know the website says that they give 1/2 point for honors and full point for AP but what about if the student got a B+ in an honors class? Is it a 3.5 or a 4.0 (3.5 for the B+ grade, plus 1/2 point for honors)? Does anyone know?</p>

<p>+'s or -'s don't matter... a grade is a grade.</p>

<p>AP = 1 full point (ex. any kind of B in an AP class is a 4.0)
Honors = .5 point (ex. any kind of B in an honors class is a 3.5)</p>
