EXtra curricullars: LAcrosse, Project Hope, Operation Snowball, Junior Statesmen of AMerica, Theatre, Thespian Society,
VOlunteer Work- 100 hours at hospital, 100 hours at local church for religous education
first generation indian-american
resides in illinois</p>
<p>I was in no AP classes in high school but was in honors english, History, Spanish, and Mathematics for all three years

<p>Hmm…looks borderline to me. ACT good, GPA not so much. How competitive is your high school?</p>
<p>i go to a private catholic high school and it is number one in our county</p>
<p>i go to a private catholic high school , best in county, college prep and grading scale of 95-100= A etc…</p>
<p>What’s your rank? Illinois cares about this more than most schools.</p>

<p>my rank isnt that great its like maybe 50% or 40%, i had lost my priorities junior year and thats what screwed me over.</p>
<p>You should still apply, but it sounds like you’d better have some backups. Tell us a bit about why you want to attend U of I, and we can recommend some similar schools that would make good backups.</p>
<p>I’d say you have about a 30% chance of admission with a good ACT score but below average grades.</p>
<p>i llove the campus and the learning environment is amazing at U of I, i want to stay in state and i want to go into a bio major and U of I’s program is outstanding</p>
