U of M : match
Ross…toss up, good chance but not
clear cut.

doubtful for preferred admission. Your GPA is lower than the 20-80 range, and your ACT is 1 point lower than the Average ACT score. They favor leadership positions, work experience, and business clubs (though you don’t have to have all 3).

Thats what I thought aswell.
Well, worth a shot ^_^.

I hope volunteering counts as work experience.

Volunteering is definitely a step in the right direction, not sure if they weight it exactly the same as working a job. My philosophy is this (and I could be completely wrong, but this is just what I assume could be the Admissions Committee’s thought process): working proves that you are responsible enough to proactively search for a job, and also responsible enough to maintain that job which is one of the things that Ross looks for in its students, if not for any other reason than the fact that people who look for jobs will likely be seeking employment upon graduation, secure a job (preferably [and most likely] high paying) and thusly, bolster Ross’s employment statistics and overall profile. sorry if that was too wordy/didnt make sense, i am ****ing hammered
