<p>What do you think? I'm guessing no, but people seem to think legacy can really help.</p>

<p>Apply early and you'll have a good chance.</p>

<p>If by "U of P" you mean "University of Pennsylvania" (I've never heard anyone say "U of P" before...you should drop it): ECs are pretty weak, academics are good but won't stand out. Legacy won't help in RD admissions. You'd really need an excellent essay and excellent recs to stand a good shot.</p>
