It says in this link “Roughly 7-10 business days after receiving your admissions notification, you receive an e-mail prompting you to sign in to FAOnline, the University’s student financial aid portal.”
FA mentioned they want to have complete packages out by the end of next week.

yes it is online… when they send out an email notifying you of the financial aid package, you will receive in there log in details to the FAonline.
From the University of Rochester website :
PLEASE NOTE: Students who are accepted for admission to the University of Rochester will receive specific log-in information via email from the Financial Aid Office when your account is ready for you to review. You will be emailed your University of Rochester student ID number in order to activate your account. Part of the activation process will be to answer security questions as well as to create your PIN. Financial Aid staff members will not have access to your PIN, so it is important to remember it for future use.
I got a Whipple scholarship (it said it is related to science research something like that) which is 32K worth
Complete Financial Aid package arrived this morning.
