U of san francisco or American U or SUNY-binghamton

USF is a Jesuit Catholic college and has its own loyal following. Its a very good school. However, I think Santa Clara University, down the road a piece, is more competitive and also Jesuit, and better for finance.

But with what you have, its a question of what you want. AU is a good school…pretty campus, but sort of yuppy and preppy and full of Georgetown wannabes. It is okay in finance from what I know. Its “uptown” DC in a toney part of the city. People there tend to be wealthy. Most internships at AU are with the government, though some are with beltway bandits and lobbyists.

USF is a gorgeous campus with spectacular views of the bay and the Bridge. Its more urban in that its close to the center of San Francisco. But its internships are more business oriented, and a strong emphasis on trade with the Orient: Asia.

You will get a superb well rounded education at USF, who by the way just pulled off a major upset in basketball over the weekend.

My pick for you, given the choices, would be USF, as I strongly suspect you are Asian. You would fit in better there.
