Does anyone not see an amount for scholarship? My DD’s just says she will be getting a merit scholarship but not how much. 30 ACT, 3.76 weighted GPA

Are you in-state or out-of-state? Believe the $40-85k is for OOS to know they will have some OOS tuition waived.

Was that question for me? If so, we are out of state. Thanks!

Don’t assume anything except minimum 10k /yr. you may get more but it depends how much money they have

My daughter was accepted but without an in state tuition award will not be able to attend. Bummer

So if you are applying to ivys your stats must be pretty competitive, merit is based solely on GPA and test scores so if they are high enough for Ivy League you should be up there in merit

So do you recommend waiting to commit to see if they offer more? Mine is happy she got in, she did get the “at least 10k a year” email. More would be nice since we are oos.

I would hold after you get the official letter for award then you can try to get more but they won’t do anything now

Dang, I just checked the OOS COA at SC, I swear it’s gone up $10k in the last three years.

Well I think their last increase was 2019 and tuition is not going up next year

Admitted OOS with a minimum 85K scholarship!
