<p>Hi, I've applied to U of T engineering and I've been checking my status through Engineering Applicant Portal. And, yesterday, my stauts changed from 'under review' to 'decision pending'. I was wondering if any of you know what does 'decision pending' exactly mean?

<p>I think it means they are waiting for your mid terms. But be patient the second round is late april early may so its going to take some time</p>
