I've been trying to decide between Penn CAS and Chicago as someone who is fairly undecided but who wants to keep pre-med as an option. I do not plan on majoring in math, physics, or economics, but something either in the humanities, social sciences, or biological sciences. I'm a little worried about Chicago's reputation for grade deflation...I like a challenge, but only to a certain point. I'm fairly "well rounded" and find the core appealing, but also realize it might limit the flexibility I have.

I'll be visiting the schools again soon to see if either is a good fit but just want to know if there is a concrete/strategic reason to pick either school (would either give me better options when I'm applying to graduate/professional school?)
