U penn financial aid emergency!

<p>U Penn financial aid requires an U Penn Financial Aid Supplement</p>

<p>It tells to go to Online at Penn:</a> Undergraduate Admissions. Select MyPenn Applicant Portal.</p>

<p>But they have not given me an username and password yet. And deadline is feb 28th!</p>

<p>Anyone else having this problem?</p>

<p>Pick up the telephone and call them. If the e-system is down, ask them if they can send you a paper form to complete.</p>
