<p>How hard is to get into U-Penn? What would be my chances with a HS GPA of 3.75 prolly low to none right?</p>

<p>and 9th grade is not counted in your gpa, i believe?</p>

<p>my friend got into Penn with a 3.79 GPA (he's not a legacy, URM, athletic recruit, developmental case). I don't think a 3.75 GPA is too much of a stretch.</p>
