<p>I applied to an Australian university for the Autumn session in 2011, which will be 7 months after I graduated high school. I am very interested in attending the university and I have many questions about general admissions to Australian universities. The reason why I am posting this is because college letters are about to start arriving at my house very soon. Since I applied as an international student and my application should be sent out in less than a month by my school, I was wondering how long Australian universities will take to send out information of acceptance/denial. If they do it after the colleges that I have applied to in the U.S then I might not have enough time to wait for them. I hope it would come before May of 2010. I am also wondering what are the odds of being admitted as an international student when I am the only person from my high school applying there.

<p>There are very few students, if any, applying to Australian schools on this board right now. There have been some in the past and you may be able to contact them via private messages. In order to find them, use the search function and the name of the university or just use the word Austrailia, Austrailian, etc. I’d start under College Search and Selection. Good luck.</p>
