<p>What are my chances of getting into UTSA or UTA for CAP? I made a 25 on the act and 1600 on the sat. Also I'm top 40% of my 650+ student plus class. My english teacher said I have 2 strong essays. Over 100 hours of EC activities. Multiple awards. </p>
