<p>It’s good to know that UA engineering grads can find great jobs - even if UA isn’t an “elite” school (NOT my opinion). </p>
<p>I found the information refreshing after all the UA bashing on this site by non-UA parents/kids. If a UA grad is good enough for the WSJ to write about one of it’s STEM grads, it must be a good school (MY opinion).</p>
<p>Many people who “bash” really haven’t thought things thru. The country needs tens of thousands of new engineer hires each year. For people to think that only a few top schools are supplying those new-hires is just being naive. There are hundreds of schools that have good engineering depts. Engineering isn’t so unique that only a tiny number of schools can teach the disciplines.</p>
