Anyone got full-ride or scholarship to cover the tuition?

My S got the Arizona Distinction award of $30,000. (SAT 1570 and 9 APs score 5). He is NMSF. Will UA automatically upgrade his scholarship to National Scholars Tuition Award to cover the tuition? any full-ride chance?

My Daughter received Arizona Distinction Award of $35k (ACT 33, UW GPA 4.0, W GPA 4.9) and Deans award of $2k, which covers the full tuition.
