UAB application error

<p>I keep getting this error.</p>

<p>The external transaction id is not unique. Validation for uniqueness or reuse of cancelled external transaction id is configurable in payment settings.</p>

<p>Please contact your system administrator.</p>

<p>Does anybody know what this means or what to do? Or at least have an email address to refer me to? I can’t find a tech support thing on their website so I don’t know what to do. I tried on chrome and firefox and it didn’t work on either browser. It also doesn’t work on different computers.</p>

<p>Also, my friend can’t even choose his major. It’s stuck on accounting and he has also tried several browsers.</p>

<p>have you deleted cookies etc? you could also call your admissions counsellor or the admission office…</p>
