Hey - I know you can't guarantee admission to these schools, but I wondered how well I would stack up, and if I should pursue other top schools?

SAT
2290 - 710 M 800 CR 780 W (11 essay)

SAT II
800 US History, 740 Lit, ...690 Bio M

GPA
I have roughly a 4.2 GPA weighted for my freshman and soph years, but it went down to 3.97 junior year. I know I can get it up to ~4.4 senior year!

My schedule for senior year is 4-5 APs and a possible further study beyond the curriculum of our school in psych.

I've had a very rigorous schedule, but I did not make the top 10% of my class, GPA wise. I am sure I am in the top 15% though. Although our school does not do class rank, there is an opportunity for students in the top 10 to notify colleges that they were (and I'm not part of this).

APs
World History (5)...still waiting for APUSH/Psych/Eng Lit/Bio -- but I am confident they are in the 4 to 5 range.

Clubs/Activities:

-Opinion Editor for student newspaper (it's well-circulated in my school)
-Leader of Nutrition Club, organized school lunches that were healthy
-was a student leader of the organic farming initiative
-Leader/Founder of Music Society, we appreciate music and then make mixtapes to share
-Book Club leader
-Student tutor (2 yrs)
-Environmental Club member (4 yrs)

(I am focused on environmental issues and its impact on nutrition, as well as the arts)

Volunteering
-Did fundraisers to send money to a project to build a new school in India
-Volunteer to clear park trails
-Volunteer to set up local farmers markets
-Hospital volunteer...

Awards

No national awards, but I did win an award from my school in a speech contest. Not sure if this is important?

For my recs, I think I will have fairly decent ones, and I'm sure I can manage to write creative and interesting essays that show my passion for both the environment and the humanities.

My top choices are (all pretty much reaches):
-Brown
-Georgetown
-Penn

And I am also interested in these schools:
-Rice
-Tufts
-JHU
-William and Mary
-Wash U
-Amherst
-UVA

I know my GPA is a bit low and my scores are in range, but how do you think I stand? What do you think are possible safeties? Thanks for all your help.

EDIT:

Ethnicity: Asian
