UC A-G Requirements - Explain Please

<p>I’m a bit confused on the UC A-G Requirements and was wondering if you guys could tell me if I’m on the right track when it comes to meeting the requirements. </p>

<p>Freshman Year:
1 Credit - Art
0.5 Credit - Music
1 Credit - French I
0.5 Credit - Health & Physical Education
1 Credit - World History I
1 Credit - Biology
1 Credit - Geometry
1 Credit - Algebra I
1 Credit - English I </p>

<p>Sophomore Year:
1 Credit - French II
1 Credit - Honors English II
1 Credit - Latin I
0.5 Credit - Gym
0.5 Credit - Health
1 Credit - World History II
1 Credit - Chemistry I
1 Credit - Algebra II & Trigonometry </p>

<p>Junior Year (Planned for this fall)
1 Credit - AP English Language and Composition
0.5 Credit - AP Psychology
1 Credit - AP U.S. History
1 Credit - Pre-Calculus
1 Credit - Physics I
1 Credit - French III
1 Credit - Latin II

<p>Are you instate or out-of-state? California high schools should have the A-G requirements readily available, and your counselors should be able to recite the information in their sleep. Nearly all California high schools build the A-G requirements into your schedule.</p>
