UC ACT Score Reporting Requirements

Do all ACT scores have to be submitted on the UC app or can you submit just one test score?

According to the website, you need to send all official ACT scores or SAT scores. Unless the application has changed, you only need to report your highest ACT scores from a single sitting on the application.

@biscuit4reggie: UC’s do not superscore so they will take the highest composite for a single sitting. Ranking is not really important to the UC’s other than if you are ELC eligible either locally at your HS or within in the state. Your weighted UC GPA is on target for several of the UC’s along with your ACT, so as long as you applied widely and have a good safety school or two, then you are in good shape.

@Gumbymom So, even though they don’t superscore the ACT, an official score report needs to be sent from each time a student took the ACT?

Yes, according to the UC website all scores need to be sent. They however will not know all the dates for the ACT so it is up to you.
