Question… So if one of the UC i applied to emails me to start filling out a financial aid form for their school is this a good sign because the other UC’s I applied too did not send me this email.

It is just a reminder some schools send to fill out the FASFA. Do not read too much into it since admissions and the financial aid office are separate.
