i have a questions about UC app

Is it true that the earlier we send the app( like the first week the app process opens), the more likely that we are going to get in?

Hi everyone!

i have a questions about UC app

Is it true that the earlier we send the app( like the first week the app process opens), the more likely that we are going to get in?

No. Where on earth would you hear something like that?

I was wondering the same thing! I hope it’s not true…

i heard it from people around me. i thought that they start looking at the apps after november 30th, when all app are in.

NOT TRUE. Whoever told you that is obviously trying to scare you. But get in your app asap, because last year, there was a huge problem on the last day, and many people didnt get to submit their app before the deadline. But they did allow them to submit it the next day, since it was their fault

so, you’re saying that turning it in earlier does not affect your chances right? sorry, I just want to make sure I understood you correctly

Yes, turning it in on the first day or the last day makes no difference. I think the idea of “turning it in early” just comes from the generally sensible mindset that doing something earlier is better. While it is a good idea not to procrastinate on college apps, I doubt that any reputable college processes apps on a first come, first serve basis. If you just think about it for a second, it makes no sense at all. Everyone would immediately submit their app the moment it become available.

lol i remember those days. when it was so hard to think…logically. and then I remember the day where I read the screen saying “CONGRATULATIONS” and then I was like what the fock? and i kept searching for the sentence that said you’ve been accepted but i didn’t see it cuz i kept reading the second and third paragraph. andd thheennn u finally come here. and…
