You have a chance at UCSD (but it would be best to increase your SAT I) and for the others it is tough to say especially because your GPA and SAT is below average.
And as I learned, senior year rigor is looked heavily upon by these top schools and what you are taking seems a little bit sparse. And SAT IIs are required for UCs still…and Yale as well.
Your EC isn’t focused. I believe the top colleges like CAL and Yale want to see ECs that shows what you are passionate about. You seem to have ECs all around kind of stating “I’m doing this because the opportunity came up”

But at this stage, I think all you can do is focus on a superb essay, add more rigorous courses in your senior year (GET A’s to show that desirable upward trend!), and improve your SAT I as well as take SAT IIs!

For Yale, unless you’re a URM, you’re just giving them a gift in the form of an application fee and helping assure they get to accept under 7% next year.

San Diego is a point system and the most points are earned from gpa+test scores, so improbable. Cal even bigger reach. 'SC = possible Spring admit if you can raise test scores. Irvine is a possibility. Don’t waste your time with Yale, unless you can be recruited and get a test score or two over 700.
