<p>In determining whether you meet the minimum UC eligibility requirements, they have in the past used a conversion table that converts your ACT composite score to an SAT composite score. I assume they will do the same this year but not sure what they are going to do with the new writing section of both tests. </p>
<p>Once you have met minimum eligibility requirements then each college evaluates whether you should actually be admitted and for that they do a whole file review.</p>
