<p>I'm concerned I won't be accepted into my chosen UC schools for Fall 2012. What are the chances any UC will have a Winter 2013 quarter open to transfers?</p>

<p>I highly doubt that will happen. However, UC Merced is open to transfers for spring semester.</p>
