UC app: schedule question

should I put in courses like PE, computer application, etc?

because now I’m taking journalism 2 for this semester, but I have to take PE next semester.
so under academix history should I put in in progress for journalism2 1st semester and no course for 2nd semester or put in planned?
because I’m not taking journalism2 2nd semester and I’m afraid if UC saw my app doesn’t match my transcript, it will affect my chances.
but then, if I put no course for 2nd semester, would UC be suspicious on how come I have 6 courses for 1st semester and only 5 courses for 2nd semester?
or I can put PE no courses for 1st semester and planned for 2nd semester, but then I don’t know if they count PE.

so, does anyone know? i know it’s sounds confusing.

Umm, I don't think you mention PE courses so I would just put No Course for second semester. If you really want to explain use the part after the essay but I don't think it's necessary.

what about word processing, computer classes?

ok...so do you think I should just put no course for 2nd semester? because I don't want UC to think I'm taking off-roll or be suspicious why I have 6 course 1st sem. and 5 for 2nd sem. should I just put in PE anyway? even if they don't count it?

what category would it be under? college prep electives?

i guess so

I have a similar issue where I took a class but had to transfer out in order to play a sport. I did put down "withdraw" for the second semester but I then explained why in the little box underneath the personal statement.

i just called a friend, and she told me not to put P.E.

Wow. You guys should now that only UC APPROVED courses are to be put on the applications. This list can be found on their website. Some classes your school consideres honors, the UC doesn't and its your responsibility to know this

p.e. and sports are not typically uc approved course

ok, I have another question.
I attended private catholic school in NY in my freshman and sophmore year and I had to take theology, should I put that anyway?
because their website only has california schools, so I don't know if it's uc approved.

for out of state, the courses don't have to be UC approved. Just write the coure title exactly as it appears on your transcript
