<p>im not exactly sure but as long as you get the app in before nov 31 you should be fine right? or is there an advantage if you turn it in early?</p>

<p>I heard the site had crash during last several days of the application window due to all the last minute applications. So it would prolly be wiser to send it in earlier in the month.</p>
