As I was filling out the courses I was planning to take on the app, I can only put courses under one college, which would be De Anza in my case.

My issue is that I need to take Calc 3A in Spring Semester at West Valley, which is equivalent to CALC1A/1B at Deanza, but I can't put classes under West Valley. So instead I put Calc 1A in winter quarter and Calc1b in spring.

Would this be okay? or should i notify someone?

I think I might have a similar situation. I took Chinese 3 at Long Beach City College, and tried listing “CHIN 3” as the department and #, but it didn’t have the Transfer Community College course Tag. I checked on Assist.org and Chinese 3 was listed on UC-Transferable course. ***?! Can anyone help me?

Jamesvduhh, select the classes from the checklist menu. It’s at the top of the popup and has “[+] Your college.” - Click the [+].
Don’t input them manually.

The problem I have is I go to 2 CCCs. Moorpark is my “current” one with the most units, pierce is my “not current one” with less units. Pierce gets out 1 month later in the Spring, and it says that “Your non-current college must end before you current one”

that is not okay. you can manually enter courses if they’re not listed as CCC. you can list that you will be taking the class at another school. Last spring i was taking classes at two schools at once and was able to list the classes for both schools.

I also have a problem with the uc app. I added the courses i have taken, however it says explain why you weren’t continuously enrolled. The only reason i can think of is that i did not enroll in any classes one winter intersession. Is that the reason why i am getting this?

why cant you guys add other college you are currently taking courses from? I would not recommend saying you took the course somewhere else even if it is the equiv. I added Pierce and East Los Angeles College in my academic history. Contact your UC admissions officer if you cant add the college though.

la4ever - You select if you had a gap or not. I don’t think not going to winter intersession would be considered a gap (but perhaps someone else can confirm)? So just check the “No” box and then you don’t need to respond to the prompt.
