<p>I somehow didn't notice that one of the scholarships was Caucasian, not Polynesian blood AND RESIDING IN HAWAII. I am Caucasian, but I do not live in Hawaii. I have already submitted my application and I do not see anywhere that allows me to change this information. Could someone tell me what I should do in this situation?</p>
