<p>During the UC application process, they asked for us to select a major as well as an alternative one. Does that mean that if we don’t get accepted into our primary one, we can still get accepted into our alternative one?</p>

<p>Yes. But be careful if you try to use that as a backdoor to get into the selective campus’s impacted major. You might find out later it’s hard to change into the major you really want in some cases.</p>
<p>What if we plan to double major? Do we just put one major as our primary major and then the other major as our alternative or is there a seperate box for that?</p>
