I submitted my uc application on 11/29 a day before the deadline. Today, I checked my application status and the only UC that already received my application was UCSD. I applied for UCB, UCI, UCSC, and UCD but none of them has a remark on the date forwarded section.

My friend who submitted the UC app on the 30th had all the forwarded remarks on 12/2 (we're the same major and applying the same UCs)

Is this normal or should I call the admission office immediately?

I wouldn’t worry about it too much if you received an email from the application office confirming that you submitted the application because that means it’ll probably be forwarded at some point, buuuuuuuuuut it’s never a bad idea to call the application office to see what’s going on.

OP, I submitted my apps on the 29th as well and all of mine were forwarded on the 2nd. Do what OC said and if they haven’t been forwarded you should definitely call ASAP.

i will definitely call the UC by Monday. they’re closed on the weekend *sigh
some of my friends had the same problem with me. only 1/2 uc that had been forwarded,
leaving the rest unknown.

^This. Little things like this happen every year. It’s likely just the system being slow for whatever reason. If you received the UC confirmation email after you submitted your application and then a separate confirmation from one of the UC’s, you’re fine. There’s nothing wrong with your app and it was forwarded despite not showing up yet on the application website. Then it may take as long as a month or more for the rest of the confirmations to finally come which always seems to incite panic that “_____” school didn’t get it forwarded in late December / early Jan.

That being said, if you’re losing sleep over it, it never hurts to call. Nothing wrong with double checking with them.

I just called the UC help desk yesterday, and they said the forwarded remarks DOES NOT have anything to do with our app. By the time we sucessfully paid the application fee, and got the UC id they all get forwarded no matter what.

Anywayy, thank you for those who helped me! appreciate it
