<p>I have two questions concerning my application.</p>
<p>First, I want to know if I’m considered as first-generation attending college. My parents has studied in a four-year college in another country, but when they went here in the U.S., their degrees were not acknowledged. So should I mention their education even if the U.S. doesn’t recognize it as legit.</p>
<p>And second, I want to know how to put grad seminar classes on the application. Basically, grad seminar is a credit recovery program, but in my situation, I’m not taking it because I have a D or an F, but because I’m missing credits. I used to live in Arizona and their high school system is different from the California high school I’m currently attending, that’s why I’m missing credits. I asked one of the counselors, and she said include the courses I took in grad sem, but I don’t know how to put it.</p>
