<p>uhm no…if u were as ready as me u would know that they use the same prompt every year for transfer students. and you can’t submit anyway until november. so w/e u meant by uc application being “open,” u r wrong</p>

<p>^ Well last year it came out on Oct 1. But yeah same prompts and can’t submit anyways until nov 1st.</p>

<p>I only asked if the app was open, Not if the essay prompt is the same. You must have misunderstood my question. Its opening in October sometime for initial look, then we can submit Nov.1-30.</p>

<p>well it’s oct 1st now in CA and its still not up. maybe it’ll be up by 6am</p>

<p>does anyone know if you can apply for both spring and fall? doubt it…</p>

<p>^^only the crappy schools take spring transfers. i forgot which ones they were. UCSD does tho only if u have TAP</p>

<p>UCSD only accepts Fall and Winter transfers (with TAG). No spring transfers.</p>

<p>its wierd, certain places say “Open early October”…Im wondering if this means that they open at their own discretion</p>
