UC application parents' income question

<p>My daughter and I are unclear about a couple of the income questions on the UC app - it asks for parent's income (one box), family size, etc. and then instructs the box to be checked if her household is headed by a single parent (or however its worded). If she lives strictly with me, but her dad pays child support (and therefore contributes to her care and probably will contribute toward college), do we put just my income in the box, or add in his as well (I don't know his income since we haven't done the FAFSA or Profile yet)? And so for family size, do we put just the people in our household, or add her dad, his girlfriend and her children too?</p>

<p>Also, earlier on in the application it asks her SSN, but then it asks for California SS ID. What's that?</p>

<p>I'm not sure if it applies to private high school</p>

<p>You do not have to fill out that section about family size/income unless you wish to apply for EOP. i thought it was required until i read the heading at the top</p>
