UC application personal statement

I know that I only get to submit one set of essay (3 required essays) for all the UCs I apply to.

I'm applying to UCLA, UC Berkeley, and UC San Diego.
UCLA is my first choice school.

Should I focus my essay on UCLA alone?

For example, should I write "UCLA is gifted with it's excellent Economics Program with World Class professors, blah blah blah" or "UC is gifted with ..."?
I would really like to focus on UCLA alone because no other UCs have programs I want as in UCLA, and I think (just my opinion) that if i put extra emphasis on UCLA admission in my essay, i would have better chance of admission to UCLA.

However, I'm worried that If I do focus my attention on UCLA alone, it could possibly hurt my chance of admission to UCB and UCSD.

What would you suggest me doing?

No, I don't think just saying UCLA works especially if you are applying to UCB and UCSD. Replace UCLA with UC has because the whole system has all the stuff from every campus.

All three of the campuses you are applying to has World Class professors and is gifted with stuff.

If you do want to go into Econ, UCB is better than UCLA.

The point of the essays is to write about you, not the university. I think it would be misguided to directly address the essays towards one of the campuses. You could however, write about your keen interest in, or experiences with, economics
