UC Application self-reporting grades?

<p>On the UC Application, how would you note that you took a year long course, but took one semester one year, and finished the second semester another year? If I am finishing the second semester at a later date (like during senior year), is it ok to just report that I am taking the class and it is in progress? Should it change anything or be a disadvantage?</p>
