UC Application Transfer Statement Question?

In the UC application, once you click that you are applying as a transfer, it asks you to select the statement that best describes yourself.

I am not exactly on the traditional transfer pathway and had some questions on how I would categorize myself.

I just graduated high school on May 2014. I got into some schools such as UC Davis, SB, and Irvine, but wanted to go to Berkeley and decided to go to community college instead. I had taken a lot of community college classes as a senior, so I had roughly~25/60 credit necessary to transfer. After processing my AP exam scores and my summer classes (2014), I had 40/60 credits. I am planning on taking more classes this fall and spring.

Should I categorize myself as:
1. I have taken college courses after high school (not including summer session immediately after graduation), but I do not have a baccalaureate or bachelor's degree.

or

I have not taken any college courses after high school (excluding summer session).

(I'm definitely not 2 or 3)

Thank you guys for your help!

You should choose option 1, because by the time you hand in your application, you will be taking courses. Thus, you will have taken classes since high school.

Yes 1.

Oh alright! Thank you guys so much!
